If I need to choose a wonder in Hong Kong and make it to be the ninth wonder in the world, I would like to choose the Tian Tan Buddha.I choose the Tian Tan Buddha because it is great and famous.

Tian Tan Buddha is a bronze statue, it located on Lantau Island in Hong Kong. It is also the tallest outdoor seated buddha in the world. The buddha is 34 meters tall and weights 250 tonnes. It can even be seen in Macau if it is a clear day. Surround the buddha, there are eight small bronze statues. They represented chinese gods and they are giving some gifts to the buddha. People said that the small buddhas was bringing luck and rich to the people who is buddhist.

I choose the Tian Tan Buddha to be the ninth wonder in the world because it tell us the traditions of the old China. In China many people is buddhist, so it is a good way to know about the history of the religion of most of the chinese.

My hobby

I have many hobbies , so I never feel boring. For example, play badminton, play NDS. Although I have many hobbies, but my favourite activity is reading.

Reading is good for us because we can learn many things that we cannot learn in the books. I like to read different kinds of books. If we want to know more things, we should not read only one kind of books. It is because we cannot know all the things(science, physic, accounting) in one book. I like reading because I want to know more things about matters around the world. I am interested in many subject, like history and science. I think reading is interesting.

We can read in many ways, not only in the books. We can read even in the internet, so we can save our money by not to buy books. It also not waste our time. People always say that they have no time to read, but actually it didn't waste time. We can read in leisure time, we no need to read all the time. Reading is not a work, it is a hobby.

I really like reading, reading enrichs my life.
