I like this international food fair because I learned many things. I think it is a nice day. My group members cried and shouted to the teachers. I know we were wrong, but we couldn't control ourselves. I was sorry about that and I learned to respect others. I also learned that we gain after we pay. After we work hard, we gain a special, amazing and great experience. I hope next year, the form two students will have a much better international food fair. Finally, I need to thanks Mr. Woo and say sorry to him, because our group have troubled him so much.

The country we choose is Italy. It is a european country. Italian like eat breads and cereals. They pour milk or meat soup for cooking cereal. They also eat pies and donuts. Bread is important for italian. Seafood is one of italian's favourite food, they like salted the fish and dried them for keeping it for a longer time. Italian always cook with cheese, like pasta and pizza.

After finished the restaurant review assignment, I learned that different kind of article have different features. So we were having a different assignment. I had try my best to finish the restaurant review assignment, but I think I didn't do well this time. I did less thing than last food fair assignment. I will do better next time, and I hope I can have better vocabulary in my script.

This is the online recipe that I want to make for the food fair.

The most important word that our class should learn is blend. By the surrounding sentence, I know that this word is about mixing ingredients. It means mix well or mixing ingredients together. It also means that the mixture of different kinds of ingredients.

In making cake, blending is very important. Blending is important because if we don't mix it well, we may fail to make it good. That's why I think this word is important.

I think picky eater is not a serius problem. People always say that picky eaters don't have enough nutrition. People think they can't concentrate on their work, but I think they are wrong. If you don't eat oranges, it's not mean that you can't assimilate vitamin C in other food. That why I think picky eater is a problem. Parents always say we should eat every thing, but sometimes that is the reason we ill. Some people will be ill if they eat something, I think this is the most serius problem.

I am a picky eater. I don't eat dairy products because if I eat dairy products, I will throw up, especially cheese. Every time I go near the place selling dairy products, I feel ill. Luckily, my mum never force something make me ill on me, but my dad will. Although my dad force cheese on me, I always make excuses for not to eat it. I just tell him I am full, then I choose to eat other food. So, he always say I lie to him just because of a piece of cheese. Every time he says that, my mum and I laugh.

These three words is something or somewhere that we can visit when we travell. They are also some famous places.

If I need to choose a wonder in Hong Kong and make it to be the ninth wonder in the world, I would like to choose the Tian Tan Buddha.I choose the Tian Tan Buddha because it is great and famous.

Tian Tan Buddha is a bronze statue, it located on Lantau Island in Hong Kong. It is also the tallest outdoor seated buddha in the world. The buddha is 34 meters tall and weights 250 tonnes. It can even be seen in Macau if it is a clear day. Surround the buddha, there are eight small bronze statues. They represented chinese gods and they are giving some gifts to the buddha. People said that the small buddhas was bringing luck and rich to the people who is buddhist.

I choose the Tian Tan Buddha to be the ninth wonder in the world because it tell us the traditions of the old China. In China many people is buddhist, so it is a good way to know about the history of the religion of most of the chinese.

I have many hobbies , so I never feel boring. For example, play badminton, play NDS. Although I have many hobbies, but my favourite activity is reading.

Reading is good for us because we can learn many things that we cannot learn in the books. I like to read different kinds of books. If we want to know more things, we should not read only one kind of books. It is because we cannot know all the things(science, physic, accounting) in one book. I like reading because I want to know more things about matters around the world. I am interested in many subject, like history and science. I think reading is interesting.

We can read in many ways, not only in the books. We can read even in the internet, so we can save our money by not to buy books. It also not waste our time. People always say that they have no time to read, but actually it didn't waste time. We can read in leisure time, we no need to read all the time. Reading is not a work, it is a hobby.

I really like reading, reading enrichs my life.
